July 28th, 2017: Bella Mente Racing arrived early this morning from Palma de Mallorca, Spain into the Port of Corfu.  We were loaded off the transport ship then Captain Henderson and the Bella Mente Shore Crew delivered the yacht into Marina Gouvia this afternoon.  The next 48 hours will be prepping the boat for racing.  The crew hopes to be on the waters in Corfu on Saturday.  Stay tuned for more updates from Greece.

June 19th, 2017: Performance Update from Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Bella Mente was launched back in the water on Friday, June 16th, 2017 at STP in Palma after a rigorous 4 weeks of Performance Updates.  Bella spent the weekend on the waters off the coast of Mallorca reviewing all performance and safety updates with the Shore Crew and a few Crew Members located in Spain.  We spent two great days on the water.  Bella now will receive a few final updates this week, before shipping to Corfu, Greece.

The 2017 Corfu Challenge starts in 13 days and is being organized by the Marina Gouvia Sailing Club, with the support of the International Maxi Association (IMA) and the Maxi 72 Class.  This is an inaugural event for the Maxi 72 Class.

Almost time to put Bella back in the water! The Shore Crew has been working 24/7 to get all of our performance updates done this week! Bella will be back in the water this weekend in Mallorca for a final sail before loading on a ship to Corfu, Greece later this month. Racing starts 19 days during the inaugural Corfu Challenge.  Stay tuned for updates from the water this weekend!
